On 26th April 2003, Sifu Herman Chan-Pensley accepted David Miller as his ‘in-door’ student at a Bai Si ceremony held in Bishops Stortford. The ceremony was conducted by Sifu’s elder son Jonathan and attended by Sifu’s wife Doreen and members of the family, together with senior students from our group and their partners. Afterwards, David treated us to a celebration at a local restaurant.
